ARCANE: What does the Ending mean for Zaun

The Arcane movie has everything every movie and game lover would like to see. It has a thrilling effect on its viewers and also has a flair for developing its characters properly.

Game adaptions seem to be difficult to pull in recent times but this one seems to hold its own. It sure deserves its high ratings and is gaining ground as the most streamed show on Netflix.

It features a lot of epic scenes and moments which kept us glued to our screens. The death of Vander sure set the tone for this movie as it allowed Silco to become the undercity ruler and separates the two sisters. While Piltover continues in its bloom which is further improved by the discovery of the hex core, an attack on their facility makes them unsettled and want to go to war with Zaun. They find a way to settle their dispute. Piltover is going to give Zaun the independence it had fought for so long, but in exchange, they wanted Silco to hand over Jinx who he sees as an adopted daughter as they know that she is the major culprit behind the attacks.

This led to a series of events that would decide the fate of both sides with jinx (by far the most unstable character) at the centre of it all. The ending left the viewers with various questions and some of these questions are;

Who Now Rules Zaun?

When Jinx believes in her head that Silco will give her up, she kidnaps him with her sister and ends up killing Silco. This leaves the leadership of Zaun vacant. There are only a few probable candidates than Vi. As the adopted and respected daughter of Vander, she sure has the respect of the people.

Another interesting candidate would be Ekko, who had already gathered several dedicated followers and had fought for the same cause Vander fought for.

Does anyone survive at the Council?

In the end just before the credits start rolling, Jinx launches a missile towards the council just before they were about to approve Zaun as an independent nation. But Jinx is angry at Piltover which is why she wants to eliminate them. If she hits her target people at the council might die but we hope that some of our favourite characters like Jayce and his newfound love interest Mel would at least survive. And even if anyone survives, would Zaun still be granted its independence? This could lead to a full-blown war between Piltover and the undercity which Vander wanted to avoid since the beginning and which Silco later discovered that he could avoid.

Conclusion

Jinx is like a ticking bomb and any major event in the show hinges on her every move. Her character is said to be built like the uncertain and probably unstable Harley Quinn of the Suicide squad. Even if independence is granted and Vi rules Zaun, she is not sure to have a peaceful country.

The end of Season 1 sure leaves a lot to be anticipated and the season 2 should sure answer our never ending questions. Did you enjoy arcane? What do you think would happen in season 2?

Which Actor played Ian Fleming’s James Bond Character best?

One of the most popular and intense franchises to make history, the no other spy thriller movie character written by Ian Fleming, James Bond. The long-going franchise initially produced by Albert Broccoli and Harry Saltzman has lived on till today with various producers and casting of six actors altogether.

Since its debut in 1962, the character Bond(007) is so loved by the public, don’t know whether it’s the suit or the charisma that comes along with the character. James Bond is not just a person but an icon that has been passed down over the years with different personalities showing us more side to the beloved 007.

We all have our favourite and best bond actors but we cannot deny the fact that some just fit the character so well than the others. Just my opinion, but not all bond actors are on the same par when it came to showing us who fit the role, and here is what I think about the actors to have played the role and the ones who were generally considered loved by the public.

6/6

George Lazenby

The Australian actor and officially the second bond with his only bond movie Her majesty’s secret service (1969) didn’t quite fit the role, probably because he was too rigid for the role. The charisma and style just weren’t. This would come as a shock to some fans because of him being a former model, which would have made him your model icon James bond. He did so well in the ability to portray aggression impressing the producers but that didn’t quite cut it, did it? He was supposedly too physically convincing and quit his role being compared to his predecessor which set the bar too high for him to ascertain. After all, he wasn’t even a professional actor.

5/6

Timothy Dalton

Arguably one of the most popular James bonds, the fourth bond was rumoured to be so loved by fans following his first bond movie in 1987, the living daylights. Unfortunately, his role was cut short due to legal issues and delay in production with him starring in only two movies. We can’t deduce enough from just two movies although he was what Ian Fleming had in mind of who and what James Bond is. So much potential from him but I guess shit happens. His popularity has been widely debated as the first and sixth bonds presumably have stolen the hearts of the people due to the overall quality and the innovative nature of their films.

4/6

Roger Moore

Being the third British spy or Bond character, Roger suited for this role seven times and was known for his violence during the franchise. What didn’t Roger do! battled with crocodiles, wrestled with a metallic shark, went toe to toe with a man with metallic teeth (in the spy who loved). His intense action role and humor made us love him although some might say it didn’t make his movies worth rewatching.

3/6

Pierce Brosnan

Probably one of the best-suited actors for the character, our fifth bond actor still deserves all the love and respect he gets being considered as one of the most loved actors by the producers. His style, character, and charisma with the love he gives to his woman still get fans all hyped up. Besides, it was from his character we get to see the “bond girl” as not just a damsel in distress but also as someone who could kick ass and lit some action. He paved the way for the sixth bond making the bond movie more emotional than physical later on.

2/6

Daniel Craig

One of the best actors to play the role, we have our very own blonde and sixth Bond, hopefully not the last James bond. Although being skeptical in his first appearance, thinking fans wouldn’t love him and all, Craig still pulled it off showing us more of the intellectual and romantic side of Bond. His movies were on point, making him the most commercially successful James Bond. He saved the cinema James bond if I must say. But I guess James bond isn’t just all about the money cause he will be ranking the best, won’t he?

1/6

Sean Connery(Best)

The first man to portray the character, bond, James bond will always be loved and respected by fans anytime and anywhere. He set the standards too high for the rest if you ask me. I won’t say he is the “perfect” modelled James bond, but the sophisticated style and charisma he put into the character or role cannot be underestimated. He didn’t try at all, he simply depicted class and sexiness, with a cigarette in his mouth while introducing the character. He embodied the character and charmed everyone making us love him so much.

Final thoughts

You may have your opinions and thoughts about the ranking, well why won’t you, we are all entitled to our opinions, and a character affects people in different ways, so my view can never be yours. But let’s not ignore facts. Feel free to leave comments or air your opinions down below.

3 ways Makkari from the Eternals is a better Speedster than the Flash

Since Marvel’s “Eternals” movie was released, this debate has been going on for a while as to who’s faster among these two speedsters : Marvel’s own Makkari from the Eternals and DC’s Barry Allen, commonly known as the flash. Before we get into the main deal let’s recap who these characters are:

Makkari

Makkari is a member of a race of genetically modified beings, who were created at the world forge by the Celestials. These Celestials arrived Earth in 5000 B.C to fast track the progress of Humanity and protect humans from Villains called ” deviants”.

Barry Allen “The Flash”

The Flash, a founding member of the Justice League, is widely regarded as the world’s fastest man. He taps into the Speed Force and transforms into a costumed crime-fighter using his super-speed abilities.

Now let’s get down to business, How is Makkari a better Speedster than the Flash??

1.Superhuman Strength

When it comes to strength, i believe we can agree that barry is behind. Makkari possesses superhuman strength able to lift at least 30 tons under normal conditions. Well as for barry, let’s just say he’s human in that aspect.

2.Combat Skills

Barry isn’t particularly skilled in hand-to-hand combat. His prior fights with Reverse Flash, Zoom, Godspeed, Gorilla Grodd, and others demonstrate this. It normally takes him a long time to find out a means to defeat Villains without resorting to speed. Barry Allen can be beaten to a pulp by a Speedster who is on the same level as him and has good combat skills.

Makkari, on the other hand, has millennia of fighting experience. Makkari’s metabolism is additionally boosted by cosmic energy, therefore she doesn’t get tired from physical activity.

3.Earth-Eternal Physiology

Makkari, like the other eternals has a lifeform supported by cosmic energy and has complete Control over her body even when he’s sleep or unconscious. This is to say that Makkari cannot die from old age and is immune to diseases to a degree not known. Makkari also has body reinforced by cosmic energy making her indestructible. The only force that can injure Makkari is a cosmic force stronger than hers, or a distintegration at the molecular level.

Well this is merely an opinion, leave yours in the comment box.

Was “No time to Die” movie worth the hype?

Have we seen the last of James Bond? Well, who knows, but I think this is the last we’ll see Daniel Craig in his role as James Bond in the movie, “No time to Die”. The movie released by Metro-Goldwyn Mayer & Eon productions in October of 2021 after the long wait due to the covid-19 pandemic. Well, for most people who followed the James Bond character from its inception in the ’60s, “No time to Die” might just have been yet another masterpiece of action and storytelling following the travails of Daniel Craig in reprising his role.

It’s no wonder that the franchise over the years has gained huge popularity owing to the large budget and kinds of characters cast in each movie. The level of action, espionage, car chases and all just seems to blow the mind in a million ways.

Plot

No time to Die begins with Madeleine Swann (Lea Seydoux) as a little girl in a cabin with her mother. Safin (Rami Malek) attacks them and kills Madeline’s mother because her father killed his whole family. But she escapes and falls into the frozen water, but is spared by Safin. Later we see the love story between Swann and Bond as they spend time together in Matera. Bond visits Vesper Lynd’s grave, but is ambushed by Blofeld (Christoph Waltz)’s men making Bond leave Swann as he thought she was responsible.

Moving on, we are taken through the series of events and action that leads Bond to the discovery of project Heracles and Nanobots which Blofeld tries to make use of in his evil plot. Later, reinstated by M16 boss M (Ralph Fiennes), Bond, Felix Leiter, Logan Ash and Paloma, a CIA agent take on Blofeld’s men in Cuba and capture Obruchev, a scientist working for Safin. Unknowingly, Bond is infected by a reintroduced Swann when he goes to see Blofeld and mistakenly kills him. Reunited in Love, we get to see the couple back together again and also, wait for it, Baby Mathilde, who has Bond’s blue eyes. Ash, who is a double agent and his minions try to kill the family, but is killed by Bond instead leading to Bond’s family being taken by Safin.  We see surprisingly the new 007, Nomi (Lashanna Lynch) and Bond later on in action in a bid to rescue the family from Safin’s hideout. Safin is later killed by Bond who on fighting him is infected and cannot leave the facility. With airstrikes already called on the facility, Bond bids his family goodbye and tells them he loves them and that’s the last we see of James Bond.

Why I think the movie was worth the hype

Many Bond fans are reminiscing on social media about Daniel Craig’s time in the role of 007, which has come to a close. No Time To Die, Craig’s latest film as 007, has many fans rethinking their assessment of Skyfall as the actor’s best performance.

Well, after watching the movie, I just couldn’t seem to imagine ( now don’t get me wrong, all past Bond characters were superb, and Craig just fitted into the role perfectly) who else could play James Bond with such class. Well, I guess we’ll get to see that in subsequent movies. (I really hope so; crying emoji)

Here’s why I think it’s worth the hype.

It was a successful conclusion to the series

Daniel Craig’s No Time To Die career has come to an end, and fans are saddened to see him go. In the past, numerous films and television shows have struggled to put a series to a close.

In No Time To Die, the current film series came to an appropriate finale. That final picture allowed Craig to say goodbye to the part while still bringing it to a close.

We got to see female action

It is in Cuba that we get to know the female 007 who took over Bond’s number when the former agent resigned. It’s no surprise that Nomi (Lashana Lynch), the new Bond girl, is sensational, but the debut of CIA operative Paloma (Ana de Armas) is equally impressive. It’s refreshing to see Bond Girls take center stage alongside the male action heroes.

The movie enabled Bond to form deeper “bonds”

A fundamental issue that we see often in the Bond franchise is that Bond has a habit of pursuing women. For the sake of the story, No Time to Die ignored this aspect of the character, which was a rather wise decision.

By giving Bond a closer relationship to the people in his life, particularly Madeleine, Bond became a more fully formed character.

The movie’s got some nice action

Every other Bond movie has been outdone by No Time to Die in terms of its jaw-dropping action scenes. Each scene, from car chases to hand-to-hand combat to gunplay, was expertly staged and executed.  It was a perfect match, and the film captured it well.

We also got to see vintage and modern models of cars with awesome gadgets

A marvellous job was done in recreating James Bond’s automotive and technological past in No Time To Die. In addition to the dual mini-guns and smoke billowing from his vintage Aston Martin, Q’s innovations were on full exhibit, from EMP watches to popping eyes.

Many fans were happy to see the franchise’s exotic automobiles and Q’s technology get the recognition they deserve.

“No time to Die” gave Bond a purpose to fight for

In No Time To Die, James Bond became a father for the first time. When James and Madeleine decided to start a new life together, they decided to leave their old one. Guns and suspicion, of course, scuppered this meeting.

Bond discovered that he had a daughter when he and M were reunited after so long. To Bond, this was a driving force throughout the rest of the film. A father’s battle to protect his daughter even changed how he interacted with a movie villain.

Well, these and lot more are the reasons why I think you should just grab some popcorn and chillout with the movie. Really, I would like to know your thoughts if you’ve already watched it. Did you enjoy it?

Top Deadliest Anime Villain Groups

Different Anime have particular groups of people that are posed as a threat to the protagonist of the series and the general civilian population. The members of these groups are typically endowed with insanely powerful abilities capable of world destruction. In this article, we would be looking at the Top Deadliest Anime Villain Groups

1. Akatsuki – Naruto

These guys are certainly one of the evilest organisations of all time. They are typically identified by their black robes lined in red, with symbols of a red cloud on them. They are a villainous organisation of Shinobi who pursue their perspective of world peace. Members are former dangerous criminals who defected the populace.

2. Espada: Bleach

During Bleach’s Arrancar arc, the Espada are the main antagonists. “Espada” is a Spanish word that means “sword.” When it comes to establishing rank and dealing with others, Espada’s basic rule is that strength is most essential. They are formidable opponents for Ichigo and the rest of the cast throughout the story.

3. Phantom Troupe – Hunter x Hunter

The Phantom Troupe is an A-Class Bounty group, made up of some of the most infamous criminals in the world. Aside from a brief cameo in Yorknew City, they are the series’ most prominent antagonists. Every one of the group’s 13 members is proficient in Nen use. A current member must be killed to join, but the other members don’t mind if you just wait for Chrollo Lucilfer to pick you. Even entire populations have been wiped out by the Phantom Troupe in exchange for the correct price.

4. The Twelve Demon Moons – Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

Muzan’s Twelve Demon Moons are a formidable group of Demons who serve under his command. They are the most powerful Demons alive, each holding a huge percentage of Muzan’s blood. The Six Upper Moons and the Six Lower Moons are divided into two groups based on rank and strength. Although Muzan eventually defeats the Lower Moons and declares them useless, the six Upper Moons remain formidable foes that even the Pillars cannot defeat.

5. The Ten Commandments – The Seven Deadly Sins

Members of The Ten Commandments, chosen by the Demon King himself, are not to be taken lightly. They’re exceptional fighters with their special abilities and the capacity to curse anyone who disobeys their instruction. Members like Zeldris and Estarossa, who both have a combat class of around 60,000, make this gang particularly hazardous to the Seven Deadly Sins.

6. Eye of the Midnight Sun – Black Clover

The Eye of the Midnight Sun is a band of rogue magicians who terrorize the Clover Kingdom. There they are, led by Licht, who intends to overthrow the Clover Kingdom and bring back the Elf-Kingdom. Some of the strongest fighters belong to a group known as the Third Eye, which is made up of 50 members with 3 insanely powerful people: Vetto of the despair, Fana the hateful, and Rhya. The kingdom’s magic knights had never encountered anything like them.

7. Aogiri Tree – Tokyo Ghoul

Eto Yoshimura created the terrorist group Aogiri Tree. The one-eyed King, a figure shrouded in mystery and only seen by a few Aogiri members, is thought to be in charge of the kingdom. While Eto is more typically seen in the background, Tatara is a direct heir to the throne and serves as the operational leader. The Aogiri are working together to make ghouls the most dominating species in the world. Ghouls of all ranks fill the organization’s ranks, but Eto has said that most are B ranked or lower, except for Misa, Ayato, Tatara, and Naki, who are all S rated or higher.

Tokyo Revengers: 5 reasons why Tokyo revengers is still trending right now

If you are an ardent fan of anime especially exciting ones with lots of action, you’ll definitely love Tokyo Revengers. Recently, it’s been trending amongst the top must-watch anime shows of 2021. Considering the fact that a whole lot of individuals prefer reading the Tokyo Revengers manga, it’s anime adaptation has gained a lot of popularity in 2021 competing with the likes of Attack on Titan final season, Demon slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen and a whole lot of other anime series.

Tokyo revengers is an anime series that came out in April, 2021 and tells the story of Hanagaki Takemitchi (takemitchy by Draken), a 26 year old guy living the boring life until he discovers that Tachibana Hinata; his former girlfriend of his middle school days was killed in an accident caused by the Tokyo Manji gang. He discovers he could go back 12 years in time by physically shaking hands with her younger brother Naoto. He relives his middle school days hoping to get to the root of the problem by saving those whose death would lead to the future death of Hinata. Eventually, he gets into the Tokyo Manji gang, met the likes of Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, later Kisaki Tetta who is potrayed to be the mastermind behind the evils leading to Hinata’s death and other powerful characters.

Why most people still love Tokyo Revengers

Well, one might wonder why the series is trending. People watch anime for different reasons especially ones with plot twists and action packed fight scenes. Looking at the fact that it features time travel, it might be a turn off for people like me because I really don’t fancy the time-space paradox and all that. But still, its one anime that tickles my fancy. Let’s see why the anime is still popular.

1.It’s Main Character, Takemitchi

Takemitchi is not your typical MC, but he brings a whole new kind of feel to the role in his determination and strong-willed nature. Although i would have preferred someone like Mikey or probably Draken to be the lead role due to their backstories and strength levels, Takemitchi often displays this character that is amazed at his youthful actions and tries to make up for them. We sometimes get that a lot, don’t we? One thing that always surprises me is that as a Tokyo Manji gang member, he lacks the ability to fight and always gets beaten black and blue but always stands up to bullies and strong characters like Kiyomasa and Osanai. This is probably cool with most individuals and makes it stand out amongst other animes.

2. Unique Story Line

Most people don’t consider time travel anime which is among the isekai genre of anime to be worth watching, but Tokyo revengers combines action, story telling and time travel in a way that’s appealing to its fans. Although it features fight scenes, gangs, love stories and camaraderie between comrades, the time travel part is not so hard to understand and it’s story better suits the action. Hence, making it one of the most watched anime.

3. It’s Cool Characters

If there’s one thing to look out for in Tokyo Revengers, it’s the characters which are way cooler. This usually gives people that nostalgia associated with their involvement in gangs and fights in their youthful days. Most anime series feature characters with hyper power levels or magical kinds of stuff, but this anime has normal individuals with cool, savvy natures. From Mikey with his strength and leadership to Draken with his temporal tattoo and composure, to Baji who I think is the coolest by the way, Hanma Shuji, Kisaki, the Haitani brothers and many others.

4. Fight scenes

One of the major reasons people watch anime is its fight scenes. Tokyo Revengers fight scenes are always built around its storylines and are action packed. One thing to look out for is Mikey’s nuclear kick which he delivers to the face of his opponent especially in the fight scenes in the garage where he fought Kazutora and Hanma or the scene at the festival when Draken was almost killed. It’s fight scenes are always epic and feature characters with top strength levels in their attempt to be top dawg.

5.The quest to save Hinata

For individuals who don’t read manga, there’s a drive to want to know what would happen especially when Takemitchi goes back in time to save Hinata. Most people want to know what happens to Kisaki or if Takemitchi finally succeeds in what he sets out to do since the beginning of the series. This makes the anime rank high in searches and sets it above others.

These are my reasons though, why don’t you add yours? Why do you like Tokyo Revengers?

Marvel vs DC: Does the Mother Box stand a chance against the Infinity Stones?

Most of us are familiar with the famous DC or marvel universe. You can be in love with the characters but you can never be a fan of both. Don’t get me wrong, they are both great, but that’s just how things are. We’ve seen a lot of Powerful characters and object’s in both universes and one of the most interesting objects is the mother box of DC and the infinity stone of Marvel. The mother boxes are super-machines that belong to the new genesis gods. They are also living creatures that can communicate to their users. The infinity stones on the other hand, which includes the mind stone, power stone, space stone and so on, just possess different powers and have no lifeform.

Both objects having incredible powers in the comic universe tend to be talked about all the time. Although I prefer the mother box and its ability to sense danger, create matter, heal and create booms tubes across the universe (teleportation), I somewhat feel the infinity stones dominate these supercomputers. It’s six against one if you don’t mind me saying, and the mother boxes stand no chance if the stones are used together. There are just three of the six stones which I think gives the infinity stones an upper hand against these powerful mother boxes.

3/3

The Soul Stone

Just imagine having the power to alter all life forms on earth. Come on, if that isn’t a god complex, I don’t know what is. This is what makes the soul stone so special and also difficult to get. To acquire it, the seeker has to sacrifice someone special to obtain the stone as we might be familiar with the phrase, “for every life given, there must be a death”, although the soul stone takes this extreme. In comparison to the mother box which can just regenerate and help protect the user’s life form, its power has no match to the soul stone. Why would it, it deals with the soul of others for crying out loud.

2/3

The Time Stone

Looking at the mother box, although it can manipulate matter and sense/know things around it, which would make it omniscience, this is nothing compared to having the ability to manipulate time and space at your will. Gosh, how powerful can an object be for reals?

1/3

The Reality Stone

With this stone, one can alter reality and grant his wishes. The mother box doesn’t even come close to the infinity stones as knowing things doesn’t give you the power to do it in this scenario. At full potential, the reality stone in combination with other stones grants its user the ability to do their bidding just on a universal scale, to be honest, what can be more dangerous and powerful.

Well, before you go wild with your arguments, you should understand that this is my personal opinion. If you think otherwise, leave a comment and let’s know why you think the mother box is superior.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Top 6 Strongest Jujutsu kaisen Characters, Number 3 is unavoidable!

Jujutsu kaisen is a must-watch anime packed with insanely strong characters, including Jujutsu Sorcerers and Courses. After I completed the first season of this anime, I thought of coming up with my list of the strongest characters in the series. My number 3 might come as a shock, but there’s just something about that character.

6/6

Itadori Yuji

This guy is the protagonist of the series as well as the least experienced shaman on the list. He has a decent personality, always believes he can save everyone and is also a glutton. He can be likened to the nature of the anime character Uzumaki Naruto. He doesn’t use cursed energy quite well but has a great deal of Superhuman strength. Itadori Yuji is also the vessel of the King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna. It’s quite surprising that he could even put the special grade curse under control. He sure has a lot of potentials that we would be seeing as the story further unfolds.

5/6

Hanami

Best described as a cursed spirit portraying forests. It is important to know that cursed spirits are borne out of the clumped feelings of fear, anger, and pain in humans. As a special grade spirit, hanami is extremely powerful. He can withstand strong attacks from Jujutsu Sorcerers because of the “Ultimate Durability” feature he possesses. His powers let him control plants around him. It took the combined efforts of Todou and Itadori to weaken him in the series.

4/6

Mahito

This guy is an extremely powerful Special grade curse user. Idle Transfiguration, his cursed technique, enables him to change the shape of someone’s soul and control them as his subjects. Mahito says to Nanami during their first fight that a body is constantly wrapped around a soul.

Mahito can even modify the shape of his soul and develop a pair of wings, claws, and other accessories in a matter of seconds using this philosophy. He’s a truly fearsome opponent.

3/6

Suguru Geto

Looking at the first season of the series, Geto is for sure one hell of a shady guy. All he does is just talk and hasn’t displayed any bit of power. This certainly leaves us wondering what this guy is capable of.

Second in strength among the four special grade shamans, Suguru Geto is a former Jujutsu High School student. As a teenager, Suguru attended the same high school as Satoru Gojo and Principal Masamichi Yaiga. Gojou Satoru, for example, has praised Geto for his strength and talents.

2/6

Gojou Satoru

Satoru Gojo believes that he is the strongest . While all of the other Jujutsu sorcerers have their unique curses, Gojou’s “Six Eyes” and “Limitless” seem to make him appear to be more powerful than all of them together.

He’s from one of the Three Great Shaman families, the Gojo clan. He is currently teaching the first-year shamans at Jujutsu High School. He has complete command of the atoms and the space surrounding him, and he possesses a vast store of the curse energy.

1/6

Ryomen Sukuna

As the series’ main villain, Ryomen Sukuna is the indisputable King of Curses. Because of his mastery of all poisons, he’s also known as the King of Poisons.

A powerful cursed spirit with two faces and four arms was defeated by the shamans of the Golden Age of Jujutsu Sorcery, giving him the moniker ‘Ryoumen Sukuna.’ Sukuna, on the other hand, easily overcame all of them.

Shamans couldn’t destroy Sukuna’s body, so they chopped all 20 of his fingers and trapped his powers in his hands to protect them.

However, until all 20 fingers of Itadori have been consumed, he can not attain full power. Unquestionably, Sukuna will have reached his full potential by the time this happens, which is something we eagerly await the arrival of.

HxH: Five Hunter X Hunter Characters That Are Yet To Display Their True Power

If you are a fan of the Hunter x Hunter anime series, you would agree that there was a lot of content that we did not get to watch. The anime series pretty much ended after the ant king was somewhat defeated by the President of the Hunter Association, Chairman Netero. However, as we were all expectant for more action and adventures, the series ended abruptly. I believe there’s a lot that we didn’t get to see. So, this write-up will contain detailed information on the most interesting characters that we didn’t get to see their full power on the hunter x hunter anime series.

Killua Zoldyck

As one of the notable characters in the anime series with just as many hours of screen time as Gon, Killua seems to have lagged in power as the series was coming to an end. Although understandably, the Enhancer group of Nen users where Gon belongs are only second to specialists, Killua trained just as much as Gon, so we expected there would be much to see. However, we didn’t.

Although his Godspeed technique came in handy during the fight against the strongest of the Chimera Ant king’s royal guard Menthuthuyoupi, Gon’s power up during the battle with Neferpitou leaves Killua in the dust. While it is unlikely that Gon will be able to tap into this power again, it shows that he has potential. In my opinion, we need to see more of killua’s strength.

Hisoka Morow

Hisoka is one of the most loved characters in the anime series. Not for his strength or skill but his weird personality which wavers between a hero and a villain. Also, His obsession with Gon’s potential makes him an exciting character to watch.

It is undeniable that Hisoka is a strong men user even though he’s not at the same level as chairman Netero and the likes of them. However, it was evident in the series that this character never took any fight seriously. Yes, I know he has fought some strong characters; Hisoka never had to fight in a life or death situation. He easily got into the Phantom Troupe (although we didn’t get to see who he defeated) just because he wanted to fight the leader, Chrollo.

Overall, he’s a cool character, but there’s still much more than we are yet to see from him in the series, or at least I hope so.

Zeno Zoldyck

Zeno is Killua’s mysterious grandpa. Although we got to see little of him when Killua returned home, his true power was displayed during the invasion of the Chimera Ants palace by Zeno and Chairman Netero.

However, after almost killing Komugi, he lost his motivation for the attack and ended the contract with Netero. Although he claims that chairman Netero is way stronger and more experienced than he is, most anime fans consider both characters equals.

The invasion of the chimera ant palace is the maximum we got to see Zeno’s power. Since we have never got to see him in one-on-one combat, I must conclude that there is still much that he has to offer.

Ging Freecs

Rumored to be one of the strongest hunters in the world and the most qualified to take over as the chairman of the hunter association, Gons father, Ging, is undoubtedly an interesting character. After abandoning Gon during his early childhood, he went ahead to discover new ruins and seek crazy adventures. While we know that he is very good at hiding or rather disappearing, we have seen nothing of his true strength.

This character was preserved throughout the anime series. Even during the attacks by the chimera ants on the hunters, we saw nothing of Ging. I wonder where he was during this period? It is clear that the creators of the anime series are starving us of this character potential. So, he makes the list of interesting characters we didn’t get to see their potential on the hunter x hunter series.

Chrollo Lucifer

The mysterious leader of the phantom troupe, a criminal group with some of the strongest characters in the hunter x hunter anime series. While he held up nicely against the Zoldycks, Zeno realized that he wasn’t fighting seriously.

This episode was mind-blowing because one of the beat assassins in the world, Zeno Zoldyck commended the strength of Chrollo. Although we must agree the Zoldycks were not fighting at full power, I think Chrollo has shown that he is worthy of being the leader of the phantom troupe but there’s still more we are yet to see.

There are many characters who are yet to display there true power in the anime series, but I believe that these ate the ones that are most anticipated. The manga series has definitely provided more content in these characters, however, this write up is with regards to the anime series only. What are your thoughts on these characters?

Lelouch vs Light: Battle of the wits. Who’s likely to outwit the other?

Probably one of the most argued comparisons in anime world, it talks about the intelligence of two smart characters of two very different animes. Lelouch vi Britannia, who is the protagonist and possible antihero of the anime series; Code Geass, and Yagami Light; the protagonist of Death note. If you’ve watched these two anime, you’ll likely be compelled to marvel at the brilliance and cunning of both characters in their attempt for “world peace”. So, who would likely be your pick for best wit?

Lelouch Vi Britannia

Lelouch vi Britannia, a prince of Britannia fighting his father and empire from the shadows disguised as the hero; Zero with the Geass, given by CC which is the power to compel anyone of choice to do his bidding. Kinda cool right? He fights for his sister Nunnally, against his family members as we see in the anime for the elevens. Lost his Geass later on, betrayed by his friend, Suzaku, later got his Geass back, fought an entire army, and in the end, died in a villainous manner. Quite the sad ending for me though. Would have loved to see a third season.

Yagami Light

Let’s see Yagami Light, the protagonist of Death note, an anime about books owned by death gods which enables it’s handler to determine the time and manner of death of anyone whose name is scribbled on its pages. Light is a student who became a police officer later on who possesses the death note owned by Ryuk, a death god who surprisingly likes apples. Light delivers his own version of justice by killing off criminals and anyone not up to society’s moral standards usually with a face and a name. Eventually suspected of this by the witty L, this makes Light consider the death god eyes Ryuk offers which he later rejects. Came across Misa-chan who aids him in his spree. Eventually he gets L killed. But is later discovered by Near who maybe too perfectly laid everything bare before everyone.

My take

For me though, looking at both characters, I’ll pick Lelouch over Light. Lelouch seemed calm and collected, always weighing his options and using unexpected situations to his advantage like when he mistakenly compelled Euphemia to kill the elevens at the stadium. Now don’t get me wrong. both characters are kinda cool, but Lelouch is way cooler with his Geass, he has a goal which is liberating Japan even though it’s a front for getting back at his father, he utilizes his power and wit very well compared to Light who upon discovering about the death note begins killing off individuals with no compassion.

Although both are for the most part killers, Light is also careless and overconfident albeit smart in the handling of his death note seen especially in the first few episodes when he unknowingly disclosed an important fact of the book; needing a name and face to execute the criminals. Both deserved the manner in which they died, but Light’s was way demeaning.

Another important fact is that Lelouch defeated Schneizel who was always a level above him compared to Light and his situation with Near who was surprisingly always a step ahead when he discovered Light. Looking at a one-on-one situation, Lelouch only needs to use his Geass on Light while keeping his Zero mask on while Light needs to write Lelouch’s name with an idea of his face which wouldn’t matter if Lelouch compelled him to kill himself. That’s what I think anyway. I know you probably love Light. Who do you say will prevail in a battle of intelligence?
